How to send the best image reference:

• Good pictures are not needed, a short recording is better
• Make sure the colors are authentic, lighter environment is better
• Movement pictures are good too and no cut
• Hold a toy or food up to record or to take picture
• Try the camera at eye level with your pet if possible avoid showing more body than face
