How to send the best image reference:
Good pictures is not needed, a short recording is better
Make sure the colors are authentic, lighter ambiente is better
Movement pictures are good too and no cut
Hold a toy or food up to reccord or to take picture
Trythe camera at eye level with your pet if possible avoid showing more body than face.
